Briefly describe why this character trait or technique is helpful:
Parents, teachers, and students often have wonderful ideas. The leader who can listen to people is a real asset to his or her committee. A leader who receives and uses feedback from other members of the committee can avoid making bad decisions. You can convey messages from one area of your committee to the other because you listened. You can share your understanding of the progress of a certain project with others. It? not all about talking to people. In working with people, listening and hearing what others say is extremely important.
